Diesel engine pump VWC1

Purpose

The VWC1 diesel engine pump station is designed to supply irrigation systems from surface water located at least 6 meters from the pump site. A single-stage pump will satisfy the needs of a REEL irrigation system with a capacity of 50-60 m3/h, as well as systems that are away from the water source - sprinkler irrigation. Irreplaceable in the lack of electricity or where it is impossible to extract water at the level of several tens of kilowatts.

Construction and principle of operation

The pump station is installed on a uniaxial galvanized chassis welded from steel profiles with support on the drawbar. The pump uses a four-cylinder naturally aspirated diesel engine, which is commonly used in VW Passat 1.9D cars with 70 Hp. CAPRARI is a single-stage pump, that connected to the motor via a flexible coupling. Fuel tank 140 l. The coupling allows you to transport the station with a towing tractor. There are HK108 connections on the suction flange of the pump. On the pressure side, the pump is equipped with a shut-off valve, a pressure gauge and a quick coupler. The pump station has an ELCOS DIM 807 control panel, which ensures uninterrupted operation of the pump station. Wiring diagram with accumulator, alternator and starter. The suction system is not included with the pump station.
