The T245 analogue speed controller is designed to change the rotational speed of the MICROMAX atomizer. The adjustment is stepwise, allowing one of three speeds to be selected: 2000, 3500, 5000 rpm.

Construction and principle of operation

The fully analog controller design ensures high reliability. Electronics are protected by a number of protections: reverse polarity of power, over current, short circuit and thermal. The user can choose one of the 3 atomizer speeds defined during production using two lead wires. Standard speeds up to 2,000, 3,500, 5,000 rpm. The regulator is placed in a specially designed housing matching the atomizer disk. As a result, the converter is almost integrated with the atomizer head. The casing has been made using the 3D printing method from very durable and resistant to working conditions of ABS. The electronics are in a small pocket of the casing and are covered with resin which effectively protects it against weather conditions and spraying chemistry, ensuring IP65 protection. Cables derived from electronics are completed with hermetic car connectors that facilitate assembly. The inverter for proper operation requires power supply from a constant voltage source from 12 to 14 V. The connected atomizer can not take more than 3A of continuous current.
