 Purpose and scope of application The E230 floating electric submersible pump station is intended for filling sprayers from an open, surface water reservoir. Construction, completion, principle of operation The main element of the E230 pumping station is a centrifugal, submersible, three-phase WLQ pump placed in a frame with a bowl bottom protecting against sucking in sludge and a cover made of a polyurethane sandwich panel ensuring buoyancy of the pumping station. Such a solution ensures pumping of heated, surface water, retaining floating contaminants at the edge of the float and safe settling at the bottom with complete draining of the water from the pond.
