Purpose

The pump station is designed for pumping water from flooded areas, reservoirs and floodplains. The pump station is used to pump water from the surfaces of the water intakes, where the water level does not fall below 6 m from the pump station. It is irreplaceable where you need a pumping station with high performance, in a case of lack electricity or when electricity leverage is at the level of several tens of kilowatts.

Construction and principle of operation

The pump station is based on a uniaxial chassis made of large, closed profiles that make up a 260 l fuel tank. Has a spring axis with brakes, a coupling ball with a hydraulic or manual brake, has road lighting for vehicles. The chassis has telescopic bearings, stabilizing the pump during the work. The size of the wheels is 205R14C. The chassis is equipped with a 58 kW URSUS-PERKINS four-cylinder diesel engine connected by an elastic coupling to a ROVATTI single-stage centrifugal pump. The pump has a double suction system f200 with quick couplers BAUER type, consisting of a semi-flexible PVC hose 2 m long, and a pipe 3 m long, a curved basket with a bottom valve. On the discharge side, the pump is equipped with a shut-off valve and a quick f200 connector, and a 25 meter 8-inch flat hose. The automatic system protects from emergency situation, which allows the pumping station to work without additional supervision.

Pump turns on by electric starter. The pump has liquid cooling, an exhaust fan. Dry air filter. Engine oil cooler. All equipment is located on the frame of the pumping station.
